I can then reinstall the driver from the Lenovo download, and it says it has completed successfully, but the driver version is the same (as it would be as 19.5.19.63 is the latest driver version from the Lenovo website). Well, when I uninstall using the first method and reboot (as requested by Windows), when it restarts, the Touchpad is back in Device Manager, and it appears to still have the same driver version (19.5.19.63 in my case).
